Introductory provisions
These Terms of Use (hereinafter: the Terms) govern the relationship between the Service Provider and the User in connection with the use of the Slovenian language learning platform “Govori slovensko”, available through the website www.govorislovensko.si and the Telegram bot @govori_slovensko_bot (hereinafter together: the Platform).
The Terms are adopted to set out the rights and obligations of the contracting parties clearly and transparently, to protect consumers and to ensure the safe use of the Platform. The Terms are based on the law of the United Kingdom, where the Service Provider has its registered office, and are aligned with the mandatory consumer protection and personal data protection regulations of the Republic of Serbia and the European Union, to the extent they apply to Users resident in those territories.
The contract for the use of the Platform is concluded electronically, at the moment the User registers, starts the Telegram bot or otherwise expressly accepts these Terms. A User who does not agree with the Terms is not authorised to use the Platform.
The Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, published on the Platform, form an integral part of these Terms.
Article 1.
Subject matter of the Terms
These Terms govern the conditions of access to and use of the Platform, registration and maintenance of a user account, the Trial Period and Premium, payment, cancellation and refunds, the rules of acceptable use, intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and the handling of complaints and disputes.
The Terms apply to all Users, regardless of whether they use the Platform through the website, through the Telegram bot or both, and to persons who use only the publicly available parts of the Platform (the informational pages of the website), to the extent they relate to those parts.
Article 2.
Definitions
Certain terms used in these Terms have the following meaning:
- “Platform” – the website www.govorislovensko.si, including the learning application available after signing in, and the Telegram bot @govori_slovensko_bot;
- “Service” – the service of learning the Slovenian language with the help of an AI tutor, and all related functionalities of the Platform;
- “Consumer” – a User who uses the Platform for personal purposes, outside the scope of their business or professional activity;
- “Account” – a user account opened on the website or through the Telegram bot, or their linked account;
- “AI tutor” – the artificial intelligence system through which the User is provided with lessons, corrections, explanations, translations and voice replies;
- “Trial Period” – free use of the first 5 (five) lessons in total, with all the features of Premium;
- “Premium” – paid access to the Service through the monthly Premium subscription or a 3-month or 6-month Premium pass, in accordance with Article 11 of these Terms;
- “User Content” – text, voice messages and other content that the User enters or sends through the Platform.
Article 3.
Description of the Service
The Platform enables learning the Slovenian language by working with the AI tutor, in particular through the following forms of learning:
- translation – the AI tutor sets a topic or sentence that the User translates, and then, over several steps, corrects the translation and explains the words and grammar rules involved, up to the final translation;
- gap filling – the User enters the missing word into a given text;
- word review – the User reviews the words that appear in lessons using cards (flashcards), according to a spaced repetition algorithm that determines when a word will be shown again.
The owner of the Platform has the right to introduce new types of exercises and new methods and forms of learning at any time.
In addition, the Platform enables level assessment, voice messages (recognition of the User’s speech and voice replies from the AI tutor), and tracking of progress and learning statistics.
The publicly available parts of the Platform comprise the informational pages of the website.
The scope and operation of individual functionalities are described on the Platform. The Service Provider may develop, change and improve functionalities in accordance with Article 27 of these Terms.
Article 4.
Use of artificial intelligence
The User acknowledges that the Service is provided by an artificial intelligence system, not by a teacher or other natural person. Lessons, corrections, explanations, translations, level assessments and voice replies are generated automatically, using third-party language models (such as OpenAI and DeepSeek) and the Service Provider’s own settings. The AI tutor’s voice replies are artificially generated.
The Service Provider informs the User clearly, at the latest at the first interaction, that they are communicating with an artificial intelligence system.
The AI tutor’s replies may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuited to the specific situation. The User uses them as an aid to learning, not as the sole or final source of information, and verifies important information from reliable sources or with the competent authorities. The User may report errors they notice in the lesson or to dalibor@govorislovensko.si.
The User’s voice messages are processed to recognise the spoken text and to correct pronunciation, and are not used to identify the User.
The User does not enter special categories of personal data (data concerning health, religious or political beliefs and the like), payment card details or personal data of other persons into the conversation with the AI tutor.
Article 5.
What the Service does not include
The Service is educational in nature and serves to practise and improve knowledge of the Slovenian language. In particular, the Service Provider:
- is not a public authority and is not affiliated with the authorities of the Republic of Slovenia or any other country;
- does not issue publicly recognised certificates or attestations of language skills;
- does not provide legal advice;
- does not guarantee passing an exam or reaching a particular level of knowledge within a particular time.
Progress in learning depends on the User’s effort, regularity and prior knowledge. Statements on the Platform about the speed and manner of learning describe the method and are not a promise of results.
Article 6.
Conditions for using the Platform
The Platform may be used by persons aged 16 or over.
A person under 18 may activate Premium only with the consent of a parent or guardian. The Service Provider may request proof of that consent.
The User declares that the information they enter is accurate and complete and that they have the capacity to accept these Terms.
The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Legal entities and sole traders who wish to provide the Service to their employees or students may contact the Service Provider to conclude a separate contract.
Article 7.
Registration and account verification
An Account on the website is opened by entering a name, an email address and a password.
After registration, a verification message is sent to the email address entered. Verification serves to confirm the User’s identity, to secure the Account and to restore access. The Service Provider may restrict the use of certain functionalities until verification has been completed.
Each person may have one Account. Opening multiple Accounts in order to reuse the Trial Period or to circumvent limits is not permitted.
The Account is personal and may not be transferred, assigned or shared with others.
Article 8.
Telegram bot and linking accounts
The User may use the Service through the website, through the Telegram bot or both. By starting the Telegram bot, the User accepts these Terms. The use of the Telegram application is also subject to that application’s terms of use.
The User may link their Account on the website with their account in the Telegram bot, so as to have the same experience on both channels. Linking merges the accounts into one Account, so that progress, learned words and Premium become shared.
Merging Accounts cannot be undone. The User links only their own accounts, bearing in mind that anyone with access to one of the linked channels has access to the whole Account.
If, at the time of linking, the User has an active Premium subscription on both accounts, the Service Provider will, at the User’s request, cancel one of the subscriptions and make a proportionate refund for the unused period.
Article 9.
Account security
The User must keep their password and access details confidential, use a password they do not use on other services, and sign out of devices that others also use.
The User is responsible for activities carried out through their Account, unless the misuse occurred through no fault of their own.
The User must notify the Service Provider without delay at dalibor@govorislovensko.si if they learn or suspect that an unauthorised person has accessed their Account. The Service Provider may then temporarily restrict access to the Account to protect the User.
Article 10.
Trial Period
Every new User is entitled to a Trial Period covering the first 5 (five) lessons in total, with all the features of Premium.
Using the Trial Period does not require entering payment card details, and the Trial Period does not automatically turn into a paid subscription.
After using the 5 lessons, the User may continue learning by activating Premium. Progress and learned words remain saved on the Account.
The Trial Period may be used once per person, or per linked Account. The Service Provider may refuse the Trial Period to a person who has already used it through another Account.
Article 11.
Premium and prices
Premium includes an unlimited number of lessons, voice messages, word review, progress tracking and lessons adapted to the User’s level, subject to the usage limits published on the Platform.
The price of Premium is the same for Users in every country and is:
- monthly Premium subscription: €4.99 per month;
- 3-month Premium pass: €12.99, paid once;
- 6-month Premium pass: €22.99, paid once.
The final price, including all applicable taxes, is shown to the User on the payment page before the payment is confirmed. Any currency conversion costs and fees of the card-issuing bank are borne by the User.
The price at which the User activated the Premium subscription applies for as long as the subscription is active, in accordance with Article 16 of these Terms.
Article 12.
Payment
Payment is made by payment card, through the payment processing service Stripe. Premium is activated on the website, on the “Account” page, or in the Telegram bot with the /premium command.
The Service Provider does not receive or store Users’ payment card details. Those details are processed exclusively by Stripe, in accordance with its terms and payment security standards (PCI DSS).
The contract for Premium is deemed concluded at the moment the payment is successfully made. The Service Provider sends the User, without delay, confirmation of the payment and of the concluded contract by email or through the Platform.
If a payment fails or is declined, Premium is not activated, or renewed, until the payment is successfully made.
Article 13.
Duration, renewal and cancellation of the subscription
The monthly subscription is paid in advance for each month and renews automatically for the following month until the User cancels it.
The 3-month and 6-month Premium passes are paid once, do not renew automatically and expire on the last day of the paid period. If the User buys a new period while the previous one is running, the new period is added to the current one.
The User may cancel the monthly subscription at any time, without giving reasons and without additional costs:
- on the website, on the “Account” page, with the “Manage subscription” option;
- in the Telegram bot, with the /narocnina command;
- by sending a request to dalibor@govorislovensko.si.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Until then the User keeps access to the Premium features, after which the Account switches to the free mode, with progress and learned words kept.
Cancelling the subscription does not delete the Account. Deletion of the Account is governed by Article 31 of these Terms.
The Service Provider informs the User of the renewal of the subscription and sends reminders in accordance with the regulations that apply to the User.
Article 14.
Right of withdrawal
A User who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract for Premium within 14 (fourteen) days of the day the contract was concluded, without giving any reason.
By activating Premium, the User expressly requests that the provision of the Service begin immediately, before the withdrawal period expires. If the User then withdraws from the contract, the Service Provider refunds the amount paid less a proportionate part of the price corresponding to the period in which the Service was provided up to the day of withdrawal.
Withdrawal is declared:
- through the contract withdrawal function available on the “Account” page;
- by sending a clear statement of withdrawal to dalibor@govorislovensko.si, for which the User may use the withdrawal form published on the Platform.
The Service Provider confirms receipt of the withdrawal statement by email without delay and refunds the money no later than 14 days from the day the statement is received, using the same means of payment the User used, at no additional cost to the User.
The right of withdrawal does not affect the User’s right to cancel the monthly subscription at any time, in accordance with Article 13 of these Terms.
Article 15.
Refunds
In addition to the case in Article 14 of these Terms, the Service Provider refunds the amount paid in full or proportionately:
- if a charge was made in error, twice, or after the subscription was cancelled in time;
- if, for reasons on the Service Provider’s side, the Service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, in proportion to the duration of the unavailability;
- if the Service Provider discontinues the Service or terminates the contract through no fault of the User, for the unused paid period.
A refund request is submitted to dalibor@govorislovensko.si, stating the email address or Telegram username linked to the Account, and the date of the charge.
Except in the cases in this Article, Article 14 of these Terms and other cases provided for by mandatory consumer protection regulations, the amount paid for a subscription period that has begun is not refunded.
If the User, without first contacting the Service Provider, disputes a legitimate charge with their bank (chargeback), the Service Provider may temporarily restrict access to the Premium features until that procedure is concluded.
Article 16.
Price changes
The Service Provider may change the prices of Premium for new Users by publishing the new prices on the Platform.
A User with an active Premium subscription keeps the price at which they activated it for as long as the subscription continues without interruption. If the subscription is cancelled or expires, the price in effect at that time applies to reactivation.
Exceptionally, if a price change for existing Users is necessary because of a change in regulations or tax rates, the Service Provider notifies the User at least 30 days in advance. A User who does not agree with the change may cancel the subscription before the new price starts to apply, at no cost.
Article 17.
Informational content
The informational content on the Platform is solely of a general informational and educational nature.
The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee its completeness or currency, particularly as regards regulations and procedures before the authorities of other countries, which may change.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. The Service Provider does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content.
Article 18.
Equal access and non-discrimination
All Users have equal access to the Platform and the Service, under the same conditions set out in these Terms.
The Service Provider does not distinguish between Users on the basis of race, colour, national or ethnic origin, citizenship, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, political or other belief, disability, age or any other personal characteristic.
The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to make the Platform accessible to persons with disabilities.
Article 19.
Rules of acceptable use
The User must use the Platform in accordance with these Terms, the law and good business practice. In particular, the following are prohibited:
- using the Platform for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
- entering content that is offensive, threatening, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit or that incites hatred;
- entering personal data of other persons without a legal basis;
- sharing an Account, or selling or assigning access to the Service to third parties;
- automated access to the Platform (bots, scripts, bulk downloading of content – scraping);
- circumventing technical limits, Trial Period limits or usage limits, including by opening multiple Accounts;
- inducing the AI tutor to bypass its settings and restrictions or to generate prohibited content;
- unauthorised access, vulnerability testing without consent, overloading or disrupting the operation of the Platform, or introducing malicious code;
- copying, decompiling or analysing the Platform in order to build a competing service, or using the AI tutor’s replies to train other artificial intelligence systems;
- impersonation or entering false information.
Article 20.
Measures in case of misuse
In the event of a breach of Article 19 or other provisions of these Terms, the Service Provider may, in proportion to the seriousness of the breach:
- warn the User;
- remove the content in question;
- temporarily restrict certain functionalities or access to the Account;
- permanently close the Account and terminate the contract with the User.
Before taking a measure, the Service Provider will, where possible, warn the User and give them a reasonable period to remedy the breach. A measure may be taken without prior warning if the breach is serious or repeated, if it endangers the security of the Platform or of others, or if required by law or a competent authority.
The Service Provider informs the User of the measure taken and the reasons for it by email or through the Platform. The User may lodge a complaint against the measure in accordance with Article 32 of these Terms.
If the Account has been closed because of a serious breach of these Terms by the User, the User is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the current period, unless mandatory regulations provide otherwise. The Service Provider reserves the right to compensation for damage caused by the misuse.
A User whose Account has been closed because of a serious breach may not open a new Account without the Service Provider’s prior consent.
Where there is reasonable suspicion that a criminal offence has been committed, the Service Provider may provide information about the misuse, including the records in Article 21 of these Terms, to the competent authorities, in accordance with the law.
Article 21.
Activity records (logs)
For the security of the Platform, the prevention and detection of misuse and fraud, the fixing of technical errors and evidence in the event of a dispute, the Service Provider keeps records of access to and activities on the Platform (logs), which may include the IP address, date and time of access, type of device and browser, activities on the Account and transaction data.
The records are kept for the period and in the manner set out in the Privacy Policy, and longer only if necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or if required by law.
Only authorised persons of the Service Provider have access to the records, and the records are not used for purposes other than those stated in this Article and in the Privacy Policy.
Article 22.
Platform security
Communication between the User’s device and the Platform takes place over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).
The Service Provider applies appropriate technical and organisational protection measures, including secure storage of passwords, access control to data, regular system updates and backups.
Since no system connected to the internet can be completely protected, the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security, but undertakes to take measures without delay to remedy any security incident identified and to notify Users and the competent authorities of it, where required.
A User who notices a security flaw on the Platform may report it to dalibor@govorislovensko.si. The Service Provider will not take action against a person who reports a flaw in good faith, provided that they have not exploited it or made it public before it was fixed.
Article 23.
Personal data protection
The Service Provider processes Users’ personal data as a controller, in accordance with the regulations of the United Kingdom (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR) and the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia, to the extent they apply.
The Service Provider is registered as a controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office of the United Kingdom (ICO), under registration number ZC206064.
The Platform’s databases are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in Frankfurt, Federal Republic of Germany, within the European Union.
The types of data processed, the purposes and legal bases of processing, retention periods, recipients of data (including providers of AI models and payment services), transfers of data to other countries and the rights of Users are set out in the Privacy Policy.
To exercise their rights, the User may contact the Service Provider at dalibor@govorislovensko.si.
Article 24.
User Content
User Content remains the property of the User, or of the person whose rights the User exercises.
The User grants the Service Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free and territorially unlimited authorisation to process and store User Content and to pass it on to AI model providers to the extent necessary to provide the Service, adapt lessons and track the User’s progress, as well as to fix errors and improve the quality of the AI tutor, in the manner described in the Privacy Policy. The authorisation lasts until the User deletes the User Content or the Account, except to the extent that further retention is required by law.
The Service Provider does not publish User Content.
The User warrants that User Content does not infringe the rights of third parties and is not contrary to the law.
The Service Provider may freely use suggestions, comments and error reports submitted by the User to improve the Platform, without any obligation to pay compensation.
Article 25.
Intellectual property rights
The Platform and all its parts, including the software, source code, design, logo, the name and mark “Govori slovensko”, lessons, texts on the website and databases, are subject to the intellectual property rights of the Service Provider or of persons from whom the Service Provider has acquired the right of use.
The Service Provider grants the User a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Platform solely for their own learning, for the duration of the contract.
Without the Service Provider’s prior written consent, the User may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, sell, communicate to the public or otherwise exploit the content of the Platform, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.
Linking to pages of the Platform and quoting short excerpts with a clear indication of the source is permitted.
The User may freely use the AI tutor’s replies generated for them for their personal learning needs.
Article 26.
Third-party services
To provide the Service, the Service Provider uses third-party services, in particular:
- Telegram – for access to the Service through the Telegram bot;
- Stripe – for payment processing;
- providers of artificial intelligence language models (OpenAI, DeepSeek) and of speech recognition and speech synthesis services;
- Amazon Web Services – for data hosting and the operation of the Platform.
The use of third-party services is also subject to their terms of use. The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions, changes or defects in the operation of those services that are beyond its control, but will take reasonable measures to minimise their consequences for the User.
The Service Provider may replace the listed providers with other providers that ensure an adequate level of quality and data protection, of which Users are informed through the Privacy Policy.
Article 27.
Availability and changes to the Service
The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available without interruption, but does not guarantee operation free of interruptions and errors. Availability may be temporarily limited because of maintenance, updates, faults or interruptions in third-party services.
The Service Provider will, where possible, notify Users in advance of planned maintenance that significantly affects the use of the Service.
The Service Provider may develop, change, add or discontinue certain functionalities of the Platform to improve the Service, to comply with regulations or for security reasons. A change that substantially reduces the scope of the paid Service may be applied to a User with active Premium only with at least 30 days’ notice, and in that case the User has the right to terminate the contract and receive a proportionate refund for the unused period.
The Service Provider may permanently discontinue the Service, with at least 30 days’ notice to Users and a refund of the amount for the unused paid period.
Article 28.
Limitation of liability
The Service Provider is responsible for providing the Service with due care and in accordance with the description of the Service published on the Platform.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider is not liable for:
- the outcome of an exam or other procedures in which the User uses knowledge acquired through the Platform;
- damage arising from the User’s reliance on a reply of the AI tutor or the informational content without checking reliable sources;
- indirect damage and loss of profit;
- damage resulting from use of the Platform contrary to these Terms, unauthorised access to the Account through the User’s fault, or the circumstances in Article 30 of these Terms;
- loss of data resulting from the User’s actions.
The Service Provider’s total liability to the User on all grounds is limited to the amount the User paid the Service Provider in the 12 months before the damage occurred, and, for a User who uses only the free features, to EUR 50.
The limitations in this Article do not apply to liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or to any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. This Article does not limit the rights the User has as a Consumer under mandatory regulations, including the right to conformity of the Service with the contract.
Article 29.
User’s liability
The User is liable to the Service Provider for damage they cause by using the Platform contrary to these Terms or the law, including damage arising from third-party claims resulting from User Content or from the User’s misuse of the Platform.
A User who is a Consumer is liable under this Article only for damage caused by their own fault, in accordance with the general rules on liability for damage.
Article 30.
Force majeure
The Service Provider is not liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, fire, war, civil unrest, epidemics, measures of competent authorities, general outages of the internet or electricity supply, large-scale cyber attacks and interruptions in key third-party services.
The Service Provider notifies Users of the occurrence of force majeure without delay and takes reasonable measures to mitigate its consequences. If the inability to provide the Service lasts longer than 30 days, the User has the right to terminate the contract and receive a refund of the amount for the unused paid period.
Article 31.
Termination of the contract and deletion of the account
The contract between the Service Provider and the User is concluded for an indefinite period and ends:
- when the User deletes the Account;
- when the Service Provider closes the Account, in accordance with Article 20 of these Terms;
- on permanent discontinuation of the Service, in accordance with Article 27 of these Terms;
- in other cases provided for in these Terms or by law.
The User may delete the Account at any time on the “Account” page, with the “Delete account” option, or by sending a request to dalibor@govorislovensko.si. An active monthly subscription is cancelled at the same time as the Account is deleted.
Deleting the Account permanently removes progress and learned words. Deletion is irreversible.
Personal data are deleted within the periods set out in the Privacy Policy, except for data whose retention is required by law (for example, accounting records of payments) or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
The Service Provider may delete an Account that has not been used for more than 24 months, with at least 30 days’ notice to the User, unless the User has active Premium.
Article 32.
Complaints
The User may lodge a complaint concerning the Service, a charge or a measure taken regarding the Account at dalibor@govorislovensko.si.
The complaint contains the User’s name, the email address or Telegram username linked to the Account, a description of the problem and, where possible, evidence (a screenshot, payment confirmation and the like).
The Service Provider confirms receipt of the complaint without delay and, no later than 8 days from the day of receipt, sends the User a reply with the decision on the complaint and a proposal for resolving it. An upheld complaint is resolved no later than 15 days from the day of receipt, unless a mandatory regulation provides for a shorter period.
The Service Provider keeps a record of complaints received and retains it for at least two years from the day the complaint was received.
Article 33.
Dispute resolution
The contracting parties will endeavour to resolve disputes amicably, primarily through the complaint procedure in Article 32 of these Terms.
A User who is a Consumer may also try to resolve the dispute before an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body in the country of their residence, if such a procedure is available for this type of dispute. For Consumers in the Republic of Serbia, the list of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution bodies is published by the ministry responsible for consumer protection. The Service Provider takes part in such a procedure where required.
Initiating an out-of-court procedure does not affect the User’s right to seek protection before the competent court.
Article 34.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and the contract between the Service Provider and the User are governed by the law of England and Wales.
The choice of governing law does not deprive a User who is a Consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence, including the consumer protection regulations of the Republic of Serbia or of a Member State of the European Union.
The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes. A User who is a Consumer may also bring proceedings before a court of the country of their residence, and the Service Provider may bring proceedings against a Consumer only before a court of the country of the Consumer’s residence.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes with Users who are not Consumers.
Article 35.
Changes to the Terms
The Service Provider may amend these Terms to comply with regulations and decisions of competent authorities, because of changes to the Service, prices or business, and for security reasons.
The Service Provider notifies Users of material changes to the Terms by email or through the Telegram bot, and by publication on the Platform, at least 30 days before they take effect. Changes that are solely in the User’s favour or are necessary to comply with regulations may take effect earlier.
A User who does not agree with the changes may, before they take effect, cancel the subscription or delete the Account and obtain a refund of the amount for the unused paid period. Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect is deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.
The date of the last change is stated at the beginning of the Terms published on the Platform, and previous versions of the Terms are available to the User on request.
Article 36.
Notices and communication
The Service Provider sends notices to the User at the email address linked to the Account, through the Telegram bot or by publication on the Platform. A notice is deemed delivered on the day it is sent, unless the User proves that they did not receive it through no fault of their own.
The User must keep the email address in the Account accurate and up to date.
All questions, requests and problem reports are sent to dalibor@govorislovensko.si. The Service Provider generally replies to enquiries within 5 working days, and to complaints within the periods in Article 32 of these Terms.
Communication is conducted in Serbian or English.
Article 37.
Final provisions
If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions. An invalid provision is replaced by a permissible provision closest to its purpose.
The Service Provider’s failure to require performance of a provision is not deemed a waiver of that right.
The Service Provider may transfer its rights and obligations under the contract to an affiliated person or legal successor, with notice to the User, provided that this does not diminish the User’s rights. The User may not transfer the rights and obligations under the contract without the Service Provider’s consent.
The Terms are published in English, Serbian, Croatian, Macedonian and Albanian. The English and Serbian versions are the original texts; the Croatian, Macedonian and Albanian versions are translations provided for convenience. In the event of a discrepancy between the language versions, the Serbian version prevails for Users who use the Platform in Serbian, and the English version for all other Users.
These Terms enter into force and apply from the day of their publication on the Platform.
